Making waffles from scratch is easy!
1-1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
and LOTS of real maple syrup!

Nope! I use the Chef’s Choice waffle iron that’s in the photo. Nonstick and evenly cooks them. 🙂

Well…..they are not “here” and some of them are way too little to trust with hot metal. The ones who are big enough…I am not sure they would be able to pull it off either! 😉
