My response to “Cee’s Photo Challenge” for the week which was the color salmon.
I thought it would be fun to try.
I sure hope it turns up salmon on your monitor!

Love the extra protein too!
Lol
Why do they say everything tastes like chicken. When I was going thru Jungle Warfare School, they told me the insects tasted just like chicken. They told me the snakes tasted just like chicken. NOTHING tasted just like chicken.
That’s to be expected…. 🙂
I did see this flower in Costa Rica last year… I love this color and the fish, too… 🙂
Do you have fresh salmon there?
Looks salmon to me!
Whew… 😉
😉
I dunno… he looks green to me. Oh, ya meant the pot plant?
The Marines Corps just isn’t the same without you, Mr. Gunny. Betcha the enemy was glad you’re in your civies now! Lol
Koji-san, the CORPS is glad I’m back in ctvies, now!
Beautiful salmon color. Although the challenge comes from Jennifer Nichole Well’s blog. Here is her link.

See?! I did use the wrong link! Old age sucks… 🙂 Thanks!
Lovely! And, I happen to be wearing a salmon-colored shirt today. I won’t be jumping into any rivers, though.
LOL… What if you were at a warm tropical beach? Would you jump into the ocean? 🙂
Eating salmon tonight that we caught this sum me in Alaska. I’d say you have the color right, Koji. –Curt
Ooo… How did you prepare it?? I certainly hope you didn’t steal it from a bear, by the way.
Sometimes grilled, sometimes baked, sometimes smoked. I did find a big brown bear fishing out of site maybe 200 yards away from where we were. 🙂 –Curt
I remember the (come attack this human) photos!
That’s SO gorgeous!
Why thank you!
It’s gorgeous, and yes indeed! It looks salmon colored to me! 🙂
Whew!
Salmon it is and it’s a colour I am crazy about. It is also very difficult to place in the garden as there are so many different shades of salmon/peach.
Ahh… I envy you ability to see so many hues of color, Hilary. Even last night, around midnight, my little girl came out to watch the blood moon. She said, “Ooo… Look at all the shades… but it’s more orangish than red…” 🙂
Yes, it did. Gorgeous! You’re inspiring me to try this challenge!
